Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) program within our disability home care organization. In this role, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to our clients.
Responsibilities
- 1.Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and policies in alignment with the mission and vision of the organization.
- 2.Provide leadership and direction to interdisciplinary teams, including direct support professionals, case managers, and therapists.
- 3.. Ensure compliance with DDA regulations, licensing requirements, and quality assurance standards.
- 4.Coordinate the assessment and intake process for new clients, ensuring comprehensive evaluations and individualized care plans.
- 5.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services and supports provided to clients, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- 6.Oversee the allocation and management of program resources, including staffing, budgeting, and equipment.

Requirements
- 1.Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in disability services, with a focus on developmental disabilities and home care.
- 3.Knowledge of DDA regulations, policies, and procedures, with experience in program development and management.
- 4.Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff.
- 5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- 6.Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and problem-solve in complex situations.
- 7.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- 8.CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
